We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, here’s what you need to know about our return policy.
Our 60-Day Guarantee
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, after 60 days, we are unable to process a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original gift giver.
Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over a certain value (e.g., $50 or £50), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
