What are your turnaround times?

Our Turnaround times are 2-4 working days after we have received the order.

What artwork formats do you use?

We recommend using high quality PNG files at 300dpi

What Printers/ Machines do you use?

We have 3 Brother GTX’s and a GTX 600. We feel these give the best quality print other all other DTG’s on the market. We have sawgrass sumblimation printers and BrotherPR embroidery machines.

Do your prints last a long time?

Yes, officially our brother inks are 50+ washes, but some of us here have had garments produced 4+ years ago when we started our adventure.

Do you offer bulk printing or workwear?

We do! Please email jamie@theprintshop.co with your needs for a quote.

Do you offer organic garments?

We do, we recommend continental clothing and they are our main supplier for all organic clothing. We only order garments that are sold, use vegan friendly water based ink and only use recycled paper mailing bags. We have Zero wastage here.

Do you offer inside neck labelling?

Yes we do! Register for a account and setup your labelling options. We can offer more options for brands generating more than 100 orders per month like sown on hem labels or swing tags.

What are the washing instructions for your products?

As with everything we always recommend washing at 30 degrees and no tumbledrying.
